About The Author

Deborah Durbin has worked as a journalist, columnist and freelance writer for more years than she cares to remember. In that time she has written for the majority of the UK newspapers and magazines and has authored 16 books in her own name, plus many more for other people. She much prefers to be called Deb, as Deborah reminds her of being told off by her teachers for being a very inquisitive child!

Deborah is passionate about equal and fair rights for women and constantly questions why women are subjected to questions that men are never asked - ever heard a man being asked why he lives alone, or why he doesn't have children? Thought not. She is an advocate that every woman is responsible for her own happy ever after and encourages every woman to be the best they can be.

Aside from her day job as a journalist and author, Deborah runs a successful property investment company and is part of the Homeless Prevention Scheme, proving affordable housing to tenants who might otherwise be made homeless.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, journaling and catching up with friends.
